Spatial planning design of an existing two bedroom, two storey bach overlooking Grays Beach in the Coromandel Peninsula. The client wanted to explore two options whereby the living area was extended to enclose an existing deck and the second option was to retain the existing footprint but to improve the spatial flow of the kitchen, dining and bathroom areas. By utilising a porous free standing joinery kitchen, the small space has clear zones, improved functionality, and much needed storage.
